Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Representative to join our team in a home-based remote position. As a key member of our Client Care division, you will provide exceptional support to our members, addressing their questions, concerns, and needs related to their healthcare plans. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to inbound calls and emails from members, providing accurate and empathetic support to resolve their issues
  • Answering questions about prescription coverage, medication inclusion, and mail-order solutions to help members better understand their benefits and options
  • Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate concerns as needed
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of member interactions and resolutions
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your knowledge and skills

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 1 year of experience in customer-facing roles, such as call centers, retail, or hospitality
  • Proficiency in Windows-based applications and ability to learn new software systems quickly
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with members and provide personalized support
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in the healthcare industry or related field
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
