What You Will Be Doing
As a Remote Chat Support Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for our clients' customers through live chat on websites. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Addressing and resolving inquiries regarding products and services in a timely and efficient manner
- Utilizing a comprehensive knowledge base to provide accurate and helpful customer support
- Managing your shifts flexibly, logging in and out as needed, with the convenience of daily payments
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
Key Responsibilities:
* Respond to customer inquiries via live chat on websites

Requirements:
