Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Representative to join our team in the Grand Prairie office. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving growth, identifying new opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and partners. Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect key industry categories to identify potential clients, leveraging existing connections and becoming active in local business networks to establish a strong contact base.
  • Utilize various sources, including social media, to generate leads and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with divisional leaders and work independently to identify new clients within existing large client bases.
  • Maintain strong relationships with our existing client base and acquire referrals to new business verticals.
  • Continuously build and develop your network of potential clients and partners to create new opportunities.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of growing new business and developing existing accounts.
  • Past experience in the construction industry, basic infrastructure, service-related industries, logistics, or regional sales is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to set and meet sales activity benchmarks and revenue targets.
  • Proven success in prospecting and lead generation using various sources, including social media.
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
