Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in supporting our members' healthcare needs. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, answering questions, and resolving issues related to health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions. With your skills and knowledge, you'll help our members navigate the healthcare system and make informed decisions about their care.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to members via phone, email, or chat

  • Answer questions and resolve issues related to health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions
  • Help members understand their benefits and coverage options
  • Facilitate communication between members, healthcare providers, and arenaflex teams
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex issues and improve member satisfaction
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, regulatory changes, and company policies to provide accurate information to members
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including first-call resolution, customer satisfaction, and quality scores

Qualifications and Requirements

* 1 year of customer interaction experience in a call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, or military setting

  • Computer experience with Windows-based applications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
  • Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism
  • Patience and understanding, with the ability to convey trust and confidence
  • Reliability and compliance with certain standards
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of health insurance, drug coverage, and prescription management
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
