About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Business Analytics Data Entry Specialist to join our team in a remote capacity. As a Business Analytics Data Entry Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting our account directors with data analysis, insights, and recommendations to drive business growth. You will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data from various sources, including but not limited to, record administrators, Salesforce, and arenaflex datasets.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collect data from various sources, including but not limited to, record administrators, Salesforce, and arenaflex datasets
- Research and verify the accuracy of external data sources
- Design and develop data visualizations and reports to present findings to stakeholders
- Support account directors in meeting requests and requirements
- Utilize Salesforce to update account information, upload data, and manage projects
- Participate in special projects and data analysis requests
- Provide customized reporting and recommendations to support business decisions and initiatives
- Develop presentations with scientific outcomes to inform business strategies at all levels of management
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g. business, analytics, data science)
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business analytics, or a related field
- Proficient in data analysis tools and software (e.g. Excel, SQL, Tableau)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Detail-oriented and organized with a focus on accuracy and quality
Preferred Qualifications:
* Master's degree in a related field (e.g. business, analytics, data science)
- Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Experience with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)
- Certification in data analysis or business analytics (e.g. Certified Data Analyst, Certified Business Analyst)
