Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Providing inbound customer support via phone, email, or chat, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A passion for helping others and a strong customer service orientation, with a minimum of 6 months customer service experience.
- A verifiable High School diploma or GED, with basic computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
- Proficiency in fast-paced, multi-tasking environments, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Residency in the United States or a valid U.S. address for residence.
