Job Description

As the Inside Sales Customer Service Representative, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and that they have a positive experience with our company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to make a significant impact in a growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Customer Service and Support: Handle inbound calls from prospective and existing clients concerning inquiries about sales products, successfully converting 90% of interest calls into scheduled leads. - Collaboration and Communication: Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer concerns and improve overall satisfaction. - Record Keeping and Documentation: Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, documenting details of inquiries, complaints, and comments in ServiceTitan. - Product and Service Recommendations: Inform homeowners about available products and services and provide recommendations tailored to their needs. - Follow-up and Lead Generation: Reach out to customers after proposals have been delivered to address any remaining questions and arrange further sales visits or convert the proposal into finalized work. - Additional Sales Leads: Make follow-up calls to clients who recently received service or maintenance to generate additional sales leads.

Qualifications

- Previous Experience: Previous experience in a customer service role, with at least 2 years of experience. - HVAC Knowledge: Basic knowledge of HVAC systems and services is a plus. - Computer and Internet Requirements: Must have a computer with reliable internet speeds. - Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members. - Problem-Solving and Customer-Centric Mindset: Proven problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset. - ServiceTitan Experience: Experience with ServiceTitan is highly suggested. - Quiet Workspace: Must have a quiet workspace with no distractions. - Independence and Time Management: Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment. - Organizational Skills and Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
