Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative – Order Entry Specialist II, you will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring delivery of excellent customer service through fast and accurate processing of orders, communication, and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquiries
  • Providing prompt and accurate service to promote customer loyalty and drive business growth
  • Interacting with customers, company sales, and/or service representatives to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions
  • Performing a number of Customer Service support tasks, including:

+ Determining the best approach to tasks and solving abnormalities based on professional knowledge and insights + Analyzing abnormalities that occur within your working area and identifying the cause and remedies based on professional knowledge and insights + Completing work with a limited degree of supervision

  • Working closely with the Invoicing Team to ensure seamless processing of orders and invoices
  • Daily sorting and mailing of printed invoices
  • Scanning and emailing invoices to customers
  • Renaming intercompany invoices and saving them to a SharePoint site

Minimum Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-5 years of experience in a customer service or order entry position
  • High-school/Associates or equivalent experience, with a strong attention to detail
  • Certification, if applicable
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail

Additional Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative – Order Entry Specialist II, you will also be responsible for:

  • Working closely with the Invoicing Team to ensure seamless processing of orders and invoices
  • Daily sorting and mailing of printed invoices
  • Scanning and emailing invoices to customers
  • Renaming intercompany invoices and saving them to a SharePoint site

Essential Skills and Competencies

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Familiarity with SharePoint and VPN systems
