Responsibilities

As an Experienced Remote Chat Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Handling a wide variety of customer inquiries via online chat, providing accurate information about our clients' products and services
• Narrowing down on appointment information to schedule appointments and capture customer contact information for lead generation and client review
• Summarizing interactions based on customer needs for client review and developing a knowledge base of evolving products and services
• Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and professional experience for every interaction
• Collaborating with our team to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Previous experience in retail customer service or the automotive industry (although not necessary, it's a plus!)
• Basic internet and window-based computer skills, with a strong ability to multitask and adapt to change
• A positive and professional demeanor, with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• A strong ability to work independently, with minimal supervision, and as part of a remote team
• A willingness to learn and grow, with a passion for the automotive industry and a commitment to ongoing professional development

Preferred Qualifications

* Gaming experience (a plus, but not required!)

• Previous experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices
• A strong ability to work in a team environment, with a collaborative and supportive attitude
• A willingness to attend four weeks of paid, remote training via Zoom, Tuesday through Saturday from 11:00 AM - 7:30 PM EDT
