Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Professional at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Responding to customer inquiries via email, phone, video chat, or other means of communication as appropriate, ensuring that every interaction is handled with tact, assertiveness, and a friendly demeanor.
  • Troubleshooting problems and finding solutions that meet the needs of our clients, while maintaining a high level of accountability for quality of work.
  • Documenting all communications on the appropriate channels (CRM system) as required, ensuring that every interaction is accurately recorded and easily accessible.
  • Maintaining excellent knowledge of all arenaflex products/services and industry trends, enabling you to accurately answer questions and provide pertinent information about competitors.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest CRM software and utilizing it to its full potential to streamline your workflow and improve customer satisfaction.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A laptop or PC (if you don't have one, we have resources to help you get set up)
  • A reliable ethernet internet connection
  • The ability to pass a background check
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a flexible and adaptable approach to changing priorities and deadlines

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial in this role:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field
  • Knowledge of CRM software and its applications
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
