Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative / Data Entry, you'll play a critical role in driving customer satisfaction and delivering exceptional service to our valued clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Manage Inbound Customer Communications: Answer incoming calls and emails to address customer questions, requests, and issues in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:

- 1-2 Years Proven Experience in Supporting Client Success: A proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service and supporting client success in a fast-paced environment.
