Job Summary

We are seeking motivated and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Part-Time Remote Customer Service Representatives. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing accurate information and assistance regarding health insurance plans, benefits, and related topics to our members. You will work independently and as part of a remote team, utilizing multiple computer systems and applications to provide comprehensive support.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Provide accurate information and assistance regarding health insurance plans, benefits, and related topics.
  • Navigate and utilize multiple computer systems and applications to provide comprehensive support.
  • Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve complex customer issues.
  • Document customer interactions and details accurately for future reference.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on health insurance plans, benefits, and related topics.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
