As a key member of our virtual sales force, you will be responsible for providing top-notch customer service, scheduling appointments, and helping our clients grow their business. As a Customer Service and Scheduling Agent, you will be responsible for:- Providing exceptional customer service, answering calls, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Making a great first impression on the phone and in person, fostering a personalized and helpful experience for clients, and winning their trust and confidence.
- Quickly determining the nature of objections and responding appropriately utilizing active listening skills.
- Being proactive and committed to taking action to resolve customer needs, understanding the importance of attention to detail, and improving skills through practice.
- Applying new knowledge or skills quickly, solving problems, and taking advantage of opportunities without being asked.
- Enjoying working in a technical workplace and being adaptable, with a commitment to sales & customer service excellence.

Required Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:- A minimum of 4 years of Sales or Customer Service experience.
- Results-driven and committed to meeting individual and team goals.
- Strong PC and problem-solving skills.
