Key Responsibilities

• Perform data entry and processing of various import-related documentation for submission to US Customs and may handle all PGA's (participating Government Agencies)
• Maintain and update all shipment documentation in compliance with all record-keeping requirements
• Comply with all international importing and exporting regulations
• Collaborate with other internal staff, departments, and clients to deliver an elevated level of service
• Process company financier shipments
• May handle remote filings
• Ensure all service and organizational policies are followed

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

• A high school certificate or GED
• No industry experience is required, but a minimum of six months of work experience is preferred
• Data entry/console experience is required
• Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and office equipment (telephone, fax, scanner, printer, copier)
