Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Agent, you'll be responsible for:
- Processing payments: Ensure timely and accurate payment processing for our clients.
- Follow-ups with clients: Keep our clients informed about their accounts, and resolve any issues promptly.
- Sending necessary documents: Upload documents to our system, and ensure they're accessible to our clients.
- Updating financial cards: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial information for our clients.
- Collecting information: Gather necessary documents and information for underwriting, and send them to our agents.
- Upselling from BOD Service tasks: Identify opportunities to enhance our clients' services, and provide recommendations.
- Putting in a Policy Transaction (PT): Process policy transactions, and ensure accurate and timely completion.
- Answering phone calls: Respond to client inquiries, and provide exceptional service during allocated times.
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Valid work authorization: Ensure you have the necessary authorization to work in the US.
- Prior or current State Farm experience: We're looking for professionals with a strong background in customer service, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Prior service experience: Demonstrate your ability to provide exceptional service, and handle multiple tasks with ease.
- Insurance Producer's license: Be willing to obtain the necessary licenses for the states where our agents are located.
- Strong work ethic: Commit to delivering exceptional service, and achieving our business goals.
- Clear communication: Ensure you can communicate clearly, professionally, and empathetically with our clients.
- Enthusiasm for insurance and financial products: Show a genuine interest in helping people manage risks, and achieve their goals.
