Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Customer Care Associate, you'll be responsible for:

What We're Looking For
To succeed as a Part-Time Customer Care Associate, you'll need:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and resolve issues in a professional manner
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail and data entry/typing skills (30 wpm, including 10-key)
- Ability to multi-task on a computer while on phone calls
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends
- Reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background and equipment check
