As a focus group panelist, you'll participate in online or in-person discussions, sharing your honest opinions and experiences with our products and services. This is a flexible, part-time opportunity that allows you to work from home and earn up to $750 per week.
Key Responsibilities
As a part-time customer service representative agent, your key responsibilities will include:
- Participating in national and local paid focus groups, clinical trials, and market research assignments
- Completing written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys for each panel
- Using products and/or services provided, and being prepared to discuss them prior to meeting dates
- Showing up at least 10 minutes before discussion start time
- Participating in online or in-person discussions, sharing your honest opinions and experiences
- Reviewing and using new products or services before they are released to the public
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- A smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
- Access to a high-speed internet connection
- The ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
- A desire to fully participate in one or several of the above topics
- No prior customer service representative agent experience is necessary
