The Role

As a Live Chat Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our customer service team, engaging with customers through live chat to provide exceptional support and guidance. You'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting customers in navigating the arenaflex website, resolving issues, and offering product information
  • Collaborating with various teams to ensure timely and effective issue resolution
  • Striving to exceed customer expectations with every interaction
  • Providing product recommendations and suggestions to customers based on their needs and preferences
  • Maintaining a high level of product knowledge and staying up-to-date on new products and features
