Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Call Center Representative to join our team at arenaflex. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to patients and healthcare providers, handling high-volume calls, and performing data entry tasks with accuracy and efficiency. Key Responsibilities

* Handle high-volume customer calls, responding to patient inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Perform data entry tasks, utilizing arenaflex's pharmacy information entry methodology and rules, to accurately capture patient and medication data
  • Enter top-off orders for handling, investigate missing medication data, and decipher clinical abbreviations (SIG codes)
  • Resolve data entry-related exceptions and discrepancies
  • Handle correspondence with patients, including inbound calls, visits, and messages, and settle outbound decisions to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case basis
  • Settle Outsider Oddballs by surveying, gathering data, making recommendations, and resubmitting for handling as per individual arrangement requirements
  • Provide support to pharmacists, both in-office and remotely, and identify and escalate issues to senior-level staff as necessary
  • Maintain a dynamic pharmacist license or certification within the initial 90 days and keep a current pharmacist license or certification

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Essential level computer skills, including:

+ Starting and closing the computer + Using the mouse to point and click + Starting and closing programs + Switching between programs + Saving files + Printing documents + Accessing data online

  • Essential web browsing skills, including:

+ Opening a program + Composing URLs in the correct field + Using a web search engine + Bookmarking a webpage + Navigating using back/forward/stop buttons + Completing online forms

  • Middle-of-the-road keyboarding skills (at least 25 WPM, typing by memory, organizing records)
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally
  • 18 years old or older

Preferred Qualifications

* At least 1 year of pharmacy experience in a retail or call center environment

  • At least 1.5 years as a pharmacy technician with a declaration/enrollment by the state as conceded by the State Board for Pharmacies or broadly recognized certification agency
  • Experience providing customer service to internal and external clients, including meeting quality standards for services, and assessment of customer satisfaction
  • Middle-of-the-road to advanced level keyboarding skills (at least 35 WPM, typing by memory, organizing records)
  • Familiarity with Spanish and English
