As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers through phone, live chat, and email interactions. Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, live chat, and email interactions
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate concerns as needed
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer complaints and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex products and services
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity to inform customer interactions
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
- Work independently to solve unique problems and think creatively to find solutions
Essential Qualifications
* 1-2 years of customer-facing experience in a retail or e-commerce environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- Ability to work a 4-day weekend schedule (Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday) with 10-hour shifts

Compensation and Benefits
* Starting salary: $16.00/hour with a $1/hour increase after 60-day provisional period
