Responsibilities

As an Experienced Full Stack Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

Requirements

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you'll need to meet the following requirements:

  • Eligibility: You must be legally eligible to work in the United States and be at least 18 years old.
  • Technical Requirements: You'll need access to a device (phone, tablet, or laptop) capable of accessing social media and website chat functions, and a reliable internet connection to ensure uninterrupted communication with customers.
  • Communication Skills: You'll need excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, the ability to convey information clearly, concisely, and professionally, and strong active listening skills to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Availability: You'll need to be available for a minimum of 10 hours per week, with flexibility to work up to 40 hours per week based on business needs and your schedule.
  • Independence and Accountability: You'll need to be able to work independently and efficiently without constant supervision, and be self-motivated and capable of managing time effectively to meet performance goals.
