Key Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, resolving complex issues and escalating concerns as needed
- Collaborate with our team to identify and implement process improvements, ensuring efficient issue resolution and high customer satisfaction
- Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services, staying up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements
- Provide guidance and coaching to less experienced customer service representatives, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous learning

- Utilize various systems and tools to research and resolve customer issues, including but not limited to, CRM software, knowledge bases, and search engines
Required Qualifications
* 4+ years of customer service experience in a financial services or contact center environment
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., business, communications, or a related field)
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with a focus on process improvement and efficiency
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools
Preferred Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role, with a focus on customer service and team development
- Experience with Microsoft Access and other database management systems
- Strong knowledge of financial services products and regulations
- Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
- Experience with quality assurance and quality control processes
