Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls in a professional and courteous manner, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries and concerns.

  • Update customer portals, maintaining accurate and up-to-date information to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.
  • Collaborate with arenaflex Service Coordinators, notifying customers of service dates and ensuring that all necessary arrangements are made.
  • Upload documentation to customer portals, as well as accounting and work order systems, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
  • Perform data entry tasks, ensuring that all information is accurate and up-to-date.

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications and skills:

  • At least 3 years of experience in customer care, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional service and support.
  • A working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Strong attention to detail, with the ability to maintain accurate and up-to-date records and information.
