As Senior Manager of Recruitment Marketing, you’ll lead a team that brings Walmart’s talent story to life – executing impactful recruitment marketing campaigns that attract and engage talent at scale. - Lead and develop a team of recruitment marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture
- Partner with the Director of Talent Attraction to help shape recruitment marketing strategy and translate priorities into plans
- Oversee the planning and execution of recruitment marketing campaigns that drive quality conversions
- Partner with Talent Acquisition teams to understand hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment marketing support
- Collaborate with Employer Brand and Sourcing partners to ensure cohesive talent attraction efforts
- Use data and insights to optimize campaigns, improve outcomes, and inform future planning
- Identify opportunities to test and scale new channels, tools, and approaches that elevate how Walmart attracts talent
- 10+ years of experience in recruitment marketing, employer branding, or digital marketing, ideally within a complex or high-volume environment
- Proven experience leading and developing teams, with a people-first and hands-on leadership approach
- Strong strategic thinking paired with executional strength—you’re comfortable moving from planning to delivery
- Data fluency, with the ability to translate insights into action and improved performance
- Compelling storytelling skills that bring employer brand and role-specific messaging to life
- Experience managing recruitment marketing budgets and optimizing spend to drive results
- A collaborative mindset and comfort partnering across teams and senior stakeholders
