Job Summary

As a Customer Care Live Chat Agent, you'll play a critical role in providing exceptional sales and customer experience support to our customers through our online channels, including JTV.com and JTV Go. You'll be responsible for establishing and nurturing prospective customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and providing both sales and customer experience support via live chat. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional sales and customer experience support to customers through live chat format

• Establish and nurture prospective customer relationships to achieve sales goals
• Organize, plan, and execute tele-sales activities to drive sales and revenue growth
• Provide both sales and customer experience support via live chat, including responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals
• Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to provide expert advice to customers

Essential Qualifications

* Sales experience, preferably in the jewelry or gemstone industry

• General computer knowledge and solid keyboarding skills
• Ability to communicate quickly and effectively via an online format
• High level of familiarity with arenaflex's e-commerce platform and products
• Ability to speak articulately and credibly with leadership
• Strong analytical and judgment skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
• Excellent written communication skills

Desired Skills

* Previous tele-sales experience

• Knowledge of jewelry and gemstones
• Previous live chat experience
• Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and digital marketing tools

Compensation and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, including a salary range of $40,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) plan with company match, and generous personal/vacation accrual policy.
