Key Responsibilities
* Log in to business's Facebook and Instagram accounts to respond to customer inquiries
- Handle various types of questions, including sales inquiries, product support, and purchase-related issues
- Provide accurate and timely responses to customers, ensuring a positive experience
- Follow provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality
- Work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
