Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Live Chat Support Specialist to join our remote team. As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for responding to live chat messages on behalf of arenaflex, providing timely and accurate support to customers through our website and social media platforms. This is an entry-level position, and no prior experience is necessary, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to live chat messages on arenaflex's website and social media platforms

  • Provide timely and accurate support to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns
  • Deliver discount codes and provide sales links as needed
  • Follow provided steps and instructions to ensure consistency and quality in customer support
  • Work independently, using your own initiative and judgment to resolve customer issues
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and courtesy in all interactions with customers

Essential Qualifications

* Must have a device able to access social media and website chat functions (phone, tablet, or laptop)

  • Ability to work independently and use your own initiative
  • Ability to closely follow provided steps and instructions
  • Reliable internet connection
  • 5+ hours availability per week
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous customer service experience, either in-person or online

  • Experience with live chat software and social media platforms
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
