Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Live Chat Agent, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and courteous manner
• Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management
• Following up on complicated customer interactions to ensure resolution and satisfaction
• Recording details of customer interactions in a proficient and accurate manner
• Developing rapport with customers through exceptional communication and problem-solving skills
• Offering solutions, not excuses, to resolve customer issues and concerns
• Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Exceptional customer service skills, including active listening, verbal and written communication, and phone etiquette
• Proficiency with computers, especially CRM software, and strong typing skills
• Ability to ask probing questions and diffuse tense situations
• Strong time management and decision-making skills
• Adaptability and accountability in a fast-paced environment
• Fluency in multiple languages may be desired
