Key Responsibilities

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a plus.

  • Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and empathetic manner.
  • Ability to navigate multiple systems and databases, including our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
  • Remote work experience is an advantage, but not required.
  • Flexible schedule with availability for evening and weekend shifts, as required.
