Job Summary:
We're seeking an experienced full stack data analyst to join our team at arenaflex. As a key member of our business intelligence and analytics team, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth and inform strategic decision making. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and present findings to stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
* Design and develop data-driven solutions to drive business growth and inform strategic decision making
- Gather requirements from stakeholders and develop data models to support business needs
- Analyze complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and insights
- Develop and maintain data visualizations, reports, and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven solutions
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders, including senior leadership
- Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in data analytics and business intelligence
Essential Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in a quantitative discipline, such as computer science, mathematics, statistics, or operations research
- 5+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related field
- Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, R, or SQL
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Alteryx
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
* Experience with machine learning and predictive analytics
- Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes
- Knowledge of database management systems, including MySQL and Oracle
- Experience with data governance and quality assurance
- Certification in data science or business intelligence, such as Certified Data Scientist (CDS) or Certified Business Intelligence Analyst (CBIA)
