Key Responsibilities

As an Email/Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service via email, chat, and inbound calls. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering timely and helpful responses to client inquiries and concerns via email, chat, and inbound calls
  • Fostering strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing personalized support
  • Troubleshooting client issues efficiently, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolutions
  • Gathering client feedback to help improve our services and processes, contributing to continuous enhancement
  • Collaborating with team members to share insights and develop best practices for exceptional customer support

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in customer support or a related role
  • Excellent written communication skills with a strong focus on providing helpful and concise responses
  • Experience with customer support tools such as Zendesk, Freshdesk, or similar (preferred)
  • Ability to remain calm and effective in written communication, even in challenging situations
  • Familiarity with eCommerce and CRM systems (preferred)
  • Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
