About the Role

As a Homeowner's Insurance Customer Service Specialist, you'll play a critical role in managing incoming customer queries and providing top-notch support across various communication channels. You'll work closely with our insurance provider clients to deliver exceptional customer experiences, process payments and modifications, and escalate complaints as needed. Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to homeowners' insurance clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Manage a high volume of calls, emails, and letters, ensuring that all client communication is documented across multiple platforms
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and their customers, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay up-to-date on industry developments and regulatory requirements, applying this knowledge to provide expert advice and guidance to clients and customers

Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call-center environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results

  • Prior experience in the insurance industry, with a strong understanding of homeowner's insurance policies and procedures
  • Ability to work remotely, with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace
  • Demonstrated communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
  • Strong independent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions

Preferred Qualifications

* 4+ years of insurance experience, with an insurance agent license (a plus!)

  • Bilingual (Spanish/English) skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and customers who speak multiple languages
  • Associate's degree or higher in a related field, such as business, communications, or a related field

What We Offer

* A competitive hourly rate of $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

  • A variable schedule that includes hours between 8:30am-6:00pm EST Monday through Friday, with some Saturdays required
