Job Summary
We're seeking an experienced data entry clerk to join our remote team at arenaflex. As a data entry clerk, you'll play a critical role in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our company's databases. You'll be responsible for collecting and entering data into our systems, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are detail-oriented, organized, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
* Collect and enter data into our databases in a timely and accurate manner
- Liaise with employees and customers to collect information and resolve any discrepancies
- Identify and correct errors, and bring them to the attention of relevant parties where necessary
- Perform data entry in EMR and prepare information for data entry
- Provide entry-level administrative support to the data entry function
- Perform high-volume data entry work, including data entry of credits, new applications, and other related tasks
- Complete clerical functions or data entry tasks, such as typing, faxing, and data entry duties
- Maintain data entry requirements by following data program techniques and established procedures
- Review and verify data prior to entry to ensure accuracy and integrity
- Perform daily audits and data entry corrections to ensure data quality and consistency
Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in data entry or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
- Ability to learn and adapt to new systems and procedures quickly
