Key Responsibilities:
As a Virtual Customer Service Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to client cases in a timely and professional manner
- Resolving customer inquiries and concerns through various communication channels (phone, email, chat)
- Providing accurate and helpful information to customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and escalate cases when necessary
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions

Essential Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you will need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Ability to type at a rate of 40 WPM with 80% accuracy
- A quiet and distraction-free workspace
- A computer running an authentic/validated/native copy of Windows 10, 11, or the most current macOS (Macs cannot be more than 5 years old)
- A USB headset and webcam
- At least one 15" or larger monitor
- Internet speed of at least 2 Mbps download and 1 Mbps upload (direct Ethernet connection preferred)
Preferred Qualifications:
While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:
- Previous customer service experience in a call center or virtual environment
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer service platforms
- Experience with conflict resolution and negotiation
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits:
arenaflex offers a competitive hourly rate of $12.00 per hour, with the opportunity to earn $13.00 per hour for residents of Florida (if hired).
