Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Operations Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in supporting our customer service operations, managing CRM tools, and enhancing the consumer experience. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Salesforce Service Cloud: Act as a subject matter expert for Salesforce Service Cloud, assisting internal and external teams with platform usage. Provide guidance and support to ensure seamless adoption and utilization of the platform.
  • Training Initiatives: Coordinate and lead training initiatives, including Train-the-Trainer sessions to ensure process adoption. Develop and deliver training programs to ensure that internal and external teams have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
  • BPO Partnerships: Support BPO partners with operational needs, training, and guidance. Collaborate with BPO partners to ensure smooth collaboration and effective communication.
  • Specialized Consumer Requests: Handle specialized consumer requests, such as refunds, escalations, and defective claims. Provide timely and effective resolution to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Performance Metrics: Monitor and report performance metrics (KPIs, SLAs, CSAT, AHT) to identify and implement improvements. Analyze data to inform business decisions and drive operational excellence.
  • Internal and External Collaboration: Serve as a liaison between internal teams and external call center partners to ensure smooth collaboration. Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Exceptional Customer Experiences: Focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences to drive satisfaction and loyalty. Develop and implement strategies to ensure that customer needs are met and exceeded.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

3-5 years of experience

in customer service or call center operations.

Experience in retail or BPO environments

preferred.

Proficiency in CRM tools

, particularly Salesforce Service Cloud.

Understanding of e-commerce, KPIs, SLAs, and customer service metrics

Strong communication skills
