Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Customer Care Coordinator to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Care Coordinator, you will play a vital role in resolving customer concerns, addressing their needs, and providing personalized support to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction. Your expertise in handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving complex customer issues, and coordinating with internal teams will be essential in delivering exceptional service experiences and driving customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and respond to inbound customer calls, resolving routine and complex concerns in a timely and professional manner, and escalating issues to management as needed.
  • Make outbound calls to customers to resolve follow-up requests, address concerns, and provide personalized support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate and resolve customer follow-up requests (CFRs) as a liaison between branches and customers, ensuring seamless communication and timely resolution of issues.
  • Prioritize and manage open, overdue, and critical CFRs or customer concerns, and escalate to management as necessary to ensure prompt attention and resolution.
  • Review and respond to customer feedback collected through external sources, compiling statistical data, identifying trends, and reporting to the management team to inform service improvements.
  • Contact customers who have requested to cancel their services to retain their business, probing to identify the root cause of their concerns and offering approved customer save offers to address their needs.
  • Complete special projects to support branch operations and efficiency, and enter and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer data in our database.
  • Research customer databases to resolve customer concerns, assess customer needs for additional services, and up-sell as appropriate to drive revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Identify and communicate improvement opportunities or trends impacting the customer experience to management, contributing to continuous service improvements and innovation.

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred.
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience, with a proven track record of resolving escalated customer service issues and delivering exceptional service experiences.
  • Computer skills with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience with customer database management.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
  • Ability to speak, read, and write fluently in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience in a similar customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and experience with data analysis and reporting.

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

arenaflex offers a competitive compensation package, with a salary range of $31,819.00 - $58,865.00, depending on experience and qualifications.
