Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a Customer Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences by working closely with our help partners (BPOs) to ensure that their quality meets our expectations. You will be responsible for analyzing performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing quality monitoring programs that drive measurable social changes in our colleagues (agents).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and utilize existing reporting to identify areas to improve performance metrics and productivity through quality checking
  • Implement quality monitoring programs that result in quantifiable social changes in colleagues (agents)
  • Collaborate with training and content teams to develop compliance with new launches, processes, and policies
  • Maintain consistent quality performance across multiple sites within an aligned objective
  • Perform business reviews with Help Partner Teams
  • Identify, recommend, and resolve process and project improvements
  • Work cross-functionally to identify areas of opportunity for arenaflex to improve its business by understanding customer needs
  • Recognize and analyze trends early and frequently
  • Other activities assigned by management or on a case-by-case basis

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or business field or four additional years of work experience in quantitative or business areas
  • Proven experience driving projects excellence and quality improvements across multiple help sites
  • Strong analytical and data-driven skills, with experience refining large datasets to meaningful insights – root cause analysis is your specialty
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex data clearly and concisely with strong written, verbal, and visual communication skills
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with perfect project management and completely finish capabilities
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, continually changing, team-oriented environment and able to handle multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • A owner mindset, focused on quality, yield-driven, proactive, and continuously driving yourself to improve

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Experience working in a customer-facing role, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations
  • Knowledge of logistics and supply chain management, with experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiarity with quality monitoring programs and performance metrics, with experience analyzing data to drive business decisions
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience managing teams and driving projects to completion
