Our Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) division is currently seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team in Nashville, Tennessee. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to millions of plan members through phone calls, emails, and other communication channels
- Answering questions and resolving issues related to health insurance, drug coverage, and prescriptions
- Facilitating treatment and providing necessary solutions to our members
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Participating in ongoing training and development programs to enhance your skills and knowledge
- Adhering to HIPAA compliance and federal regulations
Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 1 year of customer interaction experience in a call center, retail, customer service, hospitality industry, or military setting
- Computer experience with Windows-based applications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Ability to solve problems in a positive and constructive manner
- Excellent customer service skills, including telephone communication and professionalism
- Patience and understanding, with the ability to convey trust and confidence
