Job Summary
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional customer service to our members via phone, email, and chat
- Answering questions and resolving issues related to healthcare plans, benefits, and services
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide solutions
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date knowledge of healthcare plans, benefits, and services
- Adhering to HIPAA and regulatory compliance standards
- Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge
Required Qualifications
* 2 years of experience in a customer-facing role, such as call center, retail, or hospitality
- PC proficiency in Windows-based applications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree or higher preferred
Preferred Qualifications
* Associate's degree or higher in a related field
- Experience in the healthcare industry or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
