Position Overview

We're looking for a detail-oriented and organized Junior Data Entry Specialist to join our Inbound Transportation team. This remote position plays a critical role in supporting the flow of goods from our vendors, ensuring that all routing requests are entered accurately and efficiently into our Order Management System (OMS). Responsibilities

As a Junior Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Accurately entering routing requests from our vendor booking system into OMS
• Organizing and assigning shipments to our carrier partners
• Setting up new user accounts in the vendor booking system
• Maintaining an organized file of shipment data to ensure completeness and accuracy
• Collaborating with transportation planning analysts to keep the shipment process running smoothly
• Following best practices for data management and maintaining high standards of accuracy and efficiency

Essential Qualifications

* 1 year of experience in data entry or a related field

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain high accuracy standards
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience with Order Management Systems (OMS)

• Knowledge of transportation and logistics industry
• Familiarity with data management best practices
• Certification in data entry or a related field
