Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter and maintain sales orders, and process paperwork for daily shipments to ensure timely and efficient delivery of products.
  • Coordinate customer requests, including quoting and tracking expedite orders, to provide exceptional support and meet client needs.
  • Communicate product details and updates with customers via phone and email, ensuring clear and concise communication at all times.
  • Monitor customer portals to ensure timely response to order changes and requests, and provide proactive support to prevent delays or issues.
  • Support production scheduling, handle Return Material Authorizations, and prepare regular management reports to contribute to the smooth operation of our business.
  • Assist with data analysis, inventory, and continuous improvement initiatives to drive growth and excellence within the organization.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 2-4+ years of customer service experience, ideally in manufacturing, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional support and resolving complex issues.
  • Strong Excel and computer skills, with familiarity with Microsoft Office and the ability to quickly learn new software and systems.
  • Excellent communication, phone etiquette, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • A Bachelor's degree preferred, or an Associate's or relevant 2-year degree, with a strong foundation in business, communications, or a related field.
