As a Senior Data Analyst, you will be responsible for driving the use of analysis as a key revenue driver to increase recruits and business conversions across several recently expanded global tiering drives.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop analyses, data visualizations, and multi-functional reporting that provides critical support to the operations and decision-making for the sign-up and business item spaces.
- Answer key business questions and provide analytical expertise on the different trade streams to improve the customer experience and increase conversions.
- Advance the analytical capabilities of the business, collaborate in the design of analytical solutions, and deliver exceptional data insights and products.
- Utilize data visualization tools, SQL, and scripting languages to access and analyze structured and unstructured data.
- Apply descriptive and inferential statistics (t-test, chi-square, ANOVA, correlation, Regression, Factor Analysis, etc.) to understand customer behaviors and have an impact across the business.
Essential Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as an analyst in a data and analysis space with strong SQL, Python, or R skills for complex querying, advanced analysis, performance optimization, and working with data at scale.
- Experience delivering end-to-end analysis projects: taking them from unclear requirements to a meaningful story, open across different audiences, and eventually to a clear business outcome.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication (written and oral) skills. Ability to build strong working relationships with colleagues, stakeholders, and technical partners. Ability to present to senior leadership.

- A Master's degree in a quantitative field.
- Demonstrated data visualization skills with tools such as Matplotlib, Seaborn, Looker, MicroStrategy, Plotly, etc.
