We are seeking an accomplished data entry specialist to join our team at arenaflex. As a data entry specialist, you will play a critical role in driving business decisions and obtaining procedures through data analysis and insights. This position leads key insights that sustain a data-driven and critical thinking culture within our organization. You will be responsible for stewarding data management needs for key projects, fostering relationships with contiguous finance and technology groups to enhance data expertise and client abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain internal data, dashboards, and template libraries.
• Design, extract, and disseminate standardized metrics and data designs. Perform exploratory data analysis, cleansing, and aggregation.
• Mine data, gathering insights to drive business choices and obtaining procedures.
• Steward data management requirements for key projects to drive client story engagement and enhance reality-based decision-making across executive leadership groups.
• Develop fit-for-purpose custom dashboard solutions. Offer analytical support (code documentation, data transformations, algorithms, etc.) to technology groups collaborating on analytical insights and recommendations into business processes.

Essential Qualifications

We would love to hear from individuals with:

• Modest experience with supply chain analysis, modeling, and dashboard development.
• Collaborative approaches to give effective visual presentations of analytical insights and brief summaries of approach customized to varied audiences, both in discipline and decision ownership.

Required Information, Skills, and Abilities

• Education: BA/BS with a focus in a quantitative discipline – Statistics, Math, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field.
• Ability to apply knowledge of multidisciplinary business standards and practices to achieve effective results in cross-functional projects and activities.
• Business-material experience with several modeling and AI strategies (regression, tree models, survival analysis, cluster analysis, forecasting, anomaly detection, association rules, etc.).
• Experienced user of Incorta, Oracle, and SQL.
• Familiarity and business-relevant experience with several data ETL (Teradata, Python, Java, Ruby, Pig).
• Familiarity and business-relevant experience with several analytical languages (R, SAS, SPSS, Stata).
• Big data processing techniques, preferred.
• Retail, customer loyalty, e-commerce, or supply chain intelligence, preferred.
