Your Role

As a Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative - Spanish-English, you will be a key member of our remote team, working from the comfort of your own home. You will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our healthcare clients, answering incoming communications, conducting research to resolve customer issues, and consulting with customers to find solutions that meet their needs. Your passion for helping others, combined with your bilingual skills and customer service experience, will make you a valuable asset to our team.

What You'll Be Doing

* Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner

  • Conducting research to provide answers and resolve customer issues
  • Consulting with customers to find solutions that meet their needs
  • Collaborating with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and resolution
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge

What You Bring to the Role

* Bilingual in English and Spanish (written and verbal)

  • 6 months or more of customer service experience
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Computer experience and high-speed internet (> 15 mbps)
  • A USB wired headset (recommended) or a compatible headset for remote work
  • A smartphone or device that runs IOS or Android for daily log-in

Work Environment

As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, with the freedom to create your own schedule and work environment. Our remote team has 40 preferred residency states, and we are currently not hiring from the following geographies: AK, CA, HI, or outside of the United States. Residents of Colorado, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, Washington, and Washington, D.C. will be considered only based on special business need.
