About the Role

As a bilingual customer service representative with arenaflex, you will have the opportunity to work from home on a flexible schedule, providing exceptional customer support to our clients in the Roadside Assistance industry. With the ability to choose your own service intervals and work at times that suit your needs, you'll have the freedom to balance your work and personal life like never before.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients in English and French, resolving issues and answering questions in a timely and professional manner

  • Utilize strong problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer complaints and concerns
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's products and services, as well as those of our clients
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications:

* Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken

  • 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in computer software and technology, including CRM systems and phone systems
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications:

* Experience working in a call center or customer service environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingualism in additional languages
  • Experience working with CRM systems and phone systems
