Job Summary
As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and quality of data entry and verification processes. You'll work independently with minimal supervision, utilizing your exceptional typing skills and attention to detail to meet production and quality standards. Key Responsibilities
* Consistently achieve both quality and production standards
- Ability to work independently and quietly with minimal supervision
- Complete understanding of business rules
- Review and perform data verification routines in accordance with company procedures
- Ensure that all Personal Health Information (PHI) is kept confidential
- Make recommendations for improvement or enhancement to job processes to ensure standards in data entry, collection, and retrieval
Requirements
* 50+ WPM typing speed, 4500 KPH ten key, with 95% accuracy
- Ability to quickly learn a new system and memorize hot key/short cuts
- Must have personal Desktop, PC, or Laptop with 10-key pad and mouse
- Windows 8.1 or higher required
- Wi-Fi security has WPA2 protection or better
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug test
- Can work full time on 1st shift
- Must have private office space that is not in a shared, common household area
- Must have computer with 10-key keypad and mouse
Preferred Qualifications
* Previous high-volume data entry experience
- Experience working with online interfaces and data verification routines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
- Strong communication and customer service skills
