Responsibilities
As a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
- Preparing, inputting, and supporting claimant profiles in our pharmacy network, ensuring seamless communication and coordination with our clients and partners.
- Assisting pharmacies in the adjudication of claimant medications, providing expert guidance and support to ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Coordinating and liaising with client adjusters, pharmacies, and claimants to ensure accurate assignment of medication benefits, resolving any issues or concerns that may arise.
- Supporting client needs regarding requirements for claimant medications, including reporting and data management.
- Managing and updating client and claimant information in multiple systems, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Answering questions from claimants, adjusters, and pharmacies regarding medications, providing clear and concise information to resolve any queries or concerns.
- Adapting to changing processes and needs of various clients, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Performing other duties as assigned by management, contributing to the success and growth of our team.
Requirements
To be successful as a Pharmacy Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will need:
- 3 years of related customer service or telephonic experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in the use of computers and multiple software systems, including Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills, including active listening and the ability to ask relevant questions.
- Excellent written grammatical skills and understanding of proper telephone etiquette.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a positive and professional attitude.
