Job Summary

As a Data Entry Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy and up-to-date nature of our data. This role supports our customer service and operations teams, enabling them to provide efficient and seamless services to our customers. You'll work remotely, utilizing your skills and expertise to enter and update data, verify data against source documents, and collaborate with team members.

Responsibilities

* Enter and update data accurately, ensuring the integrity of our database

  • Verify data against source documents to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Retrieve data as needed to support customer service and operations teams
  • Organize data for database entry, ensuring efficient and effective data management
  • Correct data errors and discrepancies, maintaining data quality and integrity
  • Maintain data confidentiality, adhering to arenaflex's data protection policies
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless communication and data exchange

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent

  • Experience in data entry or a similar role, with a proven track record of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), with the ability to learn and adapt to new software and systems
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, with a focus on delivering high-quality results
  • Independent work capability, with the ability to work remotely and manage your time effectively
