Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers, handling a wide range of tasks and responsibilities, and working collaboratively with our team to ensure that every customer has a positive experience with arenaflex. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires a high level of energy, enthusiasm, and commitment to excellence.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to passengers, responding to their needs and resolving any issues or concerns in a friendly and professional manner

  • Handle a wide range of tasks and responsibilities, including checking in passengers, handling baggage, and resolving issues related to flight delays or cancellations
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure that every customer has a positive experience with arenaflex
  • Handle cash, checks, credit cards, travel vouchers, and coupons as forms of payment for tickets
  • Process charges, make change, and balance daily transactions
  • Manage overage or lack of funds
  • Inspect baggage and freight
  • Answer phone calls to provide information to guests, page clients, resolve issues or grievances, and assist on a case-by-case basis
  • Handle exchanges necessary to load the airplane in a convenient and efficient way
  • Manage misused customers due to oversells, delayed or cancelled flights, lost, delayed, or damaged luggage
  • Resolve such issues quickly and in accordance with rules established by the organization

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Ability to pass a background check and obtain any necessary security clearances

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in the airline industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of airline operations and procedures
  • Ability to speak multiple languages
  • Experience with electronic ticketing systems and other airline software
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
