Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist customers in expediting orders and correcting post-sales problems
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional customer service
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge, policies, and procedures to ensure accurate and informed responses
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 0-1 year of customer service experience, or equivalent experience in a related field
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve complex issues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a call center or e-commerce environment

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other customer service tools
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
